Angel Kiss (Tragedy of America)
The tiny guardian angel looked
at God's lap as she tried to climb.
"God, why didn't you let
me get to them in time?"
I was so close but the planes
were faster than my tiny wing.
The light so bright,
than I heard thousands of angels sing.
God tear stricken looks away
from her as he takes her hand.
How can I possibly put this
into words to make you understand?
I make myself approachable
to all down below on the earth.
I'm always with them from
the fragile day of their birth.
Whether they let me stay in
their life is a choice they must make.
I don't know why they shut
me out instead living in heart ache.
They must know I will help
them through anything they may face.
They choose to go on in life
without my loving arms to embrace.
People who believe in my love
while alive will cometo me this day.
I will say I'm sorry that those
who hurt them never thought to kneel and pray.
For if they would have things
might have not ended like this.
Peace, love and harmony between
the lands would only exsist.
The tiny angel climbed down
from God's lap and wiped her tear.
"Good bye God, she said,
I'm going to help those living in fear."
God placed a kiss on her cheek
where another tear just happened to be.
"Give them this kiss and be sure
to let them know it's from me"....
